On its website AccorHotels.com, the Group offers customers the option of reserving hotels that are not part of the group. The “Accorhotels Selection” of partner hotels earns customers loyalty points.

Business travellers are accustomed to freely choosing their destinations from a wide range, and enjoying loyalty benefits from many partner brands. For several years, openness, collaboration and co-working have replaced solitary head-to-head competition. The time when each brand could only distribute its own products and services is over. The choice is wide, even infinite, and there are no longer any real barriers to access the whole offering and enjoy many benefits.


With 4 100 hotels worldwide and two new hotels opening every three days, AccorHotels is present everywhere.... but not always. On some continents, in certain cities and in many neighbourhoods, the group has chosen to strengthen its offering and distribute hotels not belonging to one of its flagship brands (Sofitel, MGallery by Sofitel, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, Ibis, Hotel F1).

On the reservation site AccorHotels.com, or on the App, one can easily find new hotels from the “Accorhotels Selection” of partner hotels since the summer of 2015, AccorHotels.com recruited more than 1000 new independent establishments to meet the growing demand in several destinations in Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, England) and Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia , Malaysia, Taiwan ...). The aim is to continue to add thousands of additional independent addresses in the coming years in many more destinations.


For now, nearly half of these institutions have decided to participate in the “Le Club AccorHotels” programme. They are easily found on the reservation site with the symbol “Le Club AccorHotels Partner.” Members of the programme do not have access to all the benefits granted by their card (soft benefits or paying with points). But for every euro of reservation done on Accorhotels.com in these independent hotels, the customer earns 1.25 loyalty points he can use in a hotel from the Group.
