Who’s the Chef? is back for a second episode! This month, the Group's new cookery program reveals to you the well-guarded recipe from Italian Chef Mattia Dell'Acqua (Novotel Genova City) for Pesto Gnocchi!
Every month, a Chef from an AccorHotels address goes to international head office in Paris to give a display of their style of cuisine. They then create an exclusive menu for The Bird restaurant for employees to enjoy over a 1-week period. Last month, Estelle Hernandez, a Digital Editor, was at the stoves alongside Aurélie Altemaire, Chef at the Novotel Canary Wharf, to prepare an Asian-style beef tartare. Now it’s the turn of Genovese gastronomy!

Every region and city in this country can show off an incredible product, iconic dish or sauce that will make all the difference, often jealously guarded and proudly proclaimed in equal measure. And in episode 2 of Who’s the Chef? for the Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program, Chef Mattia Dell'Acqua reveals his famous pesto sauce to Isabelle Grady, a Marketing Project Manager. During this latest cookery lesson, the restaurant’s kitchens were filled with the aroma of basil, pecorino and grana padano cheese.
