For a more personalized relationship adapted to the customer's rhythm, the welcomers of the ibis Smile Team, equipped with smartphones and the PMS FOLS Mobile, are proactive and move towards the guest when he or she walks in, instead of waiting for the guest to come towards them. And what could be more welcoming than being welcomed over a drink at the bar or sitting comfortably on a sofa?

These were inspired by the brand's main markets - Europe, Latin America and Asia. Lobbies have been designed to allow freedom of use, whether you come to eat, work, relax or gather.
The rooms have also been redesigned to offer maximum flexibility to guests. Whether they are alone, a couple, a family or friends: ibis has the solution and now offers rooms that can accommodate between 1 to 6 people! ibis is also the 1st brand to have developed the Smart Room - the room for all.

Because our hotels are as diversified as our customers are, ibis has created a collection of F&B solutions that adapt to the specificities of each property and the expectations of customers who evolve throughout the day. The bar is the central element of the new ibis lobby and reinforces the hotel's vibrant and friendly experience to allow guests to have fun and socialize.
Morning coffee, a drink with friends at the end of the day... The bar is a unique place that highlights a specialty: beer, wine or cocktails… adapted to local specificities!

ibis has decided to make music its passion, and to transform its hotels into lively places where not only music accompany the client throughout his journey, but also where locals enjoy coming to listen to live concerts !

In collaboration with Sony Music and Spotify, more than 50 concerts from up-and-coming talents and headline artists will be hosted in 2019 in ibis hotels around the world. The brand offers to accompany the best of them until the finale, which will take place on the ibis Music stage at the Sziget Festival.
