The Sofitel Dubai Wafi might be the largest Sofitel in the Middle East, it will also have some deep ecological values. Water will be imported and refined. All this recycled water will therefore be reused in all engineering systems, in all cooling systems and for a lot of low flush (such as WC, showers, etc.).
