Chef Luis Bello of the Pullman & Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones (Spain) has brought a little sunshine to Paris! The latest episode of Who’s the Chef features shrimp fideuà. Easy and colourful, this light recipe will brighten up your day.

In the last episode Chef Jason Purcell of the Fairmont Austin (USA) shared his recipe for pan-fried peaches and artichokes glazed in butter with Pierre Leclercq – General Manager, ibis Le Mans Centre Gare Nord (France). A feast for the taste buds!

The restaurant business is a family affair for Chef Luis Bello and at the age of 14 he was already preparing paellas to help his parents. Cooking ended up becoming not only a real passion for the Chef, but also a playground where his imagination could express itself in the warm-hearted recipes he created.

For this new episode Chef Luis Bello is cooking side by side with César Miguel, Innovation Factory Manager (France). The menu features a revisted fideuà which includes angel hair pasta. An ideal recipe for family meals this summer!
