It’s no secret, French gastronomy is known and appreciated all over the world. Daniel Tornauer, Executive Chef at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof (Germany), proves it once again in this new episode. To mark his first visit to France he shares his inspiration with us in the company of Aude Baccino, Marketing & Promotion Manager Business to Hotels (Paris), and brings a new twist to a traditional German dish.

Last week Chef Luis Bello of the Pullman & Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones (Spain) prepared a delicious shrimp fideuà for us with the help of César Miguel, Innovation Factory Manager (France). A light, tasty and sun-filled recipe.

In this new episode, Daniel Tornauer, Executive Chef at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof (Germany), introuduces us to a typical dish from his country, meatballs with a beetroot and apple salad. A fan of French gastronomy, the Chef adds mashed potatoes to this dish to give a simply divine French touch.
