Faces & Places: A LinkedIn Live Event to Connect Accor with Hospitality Industry Talent
Accor’s new live event series, Faces & Places, takes participants on an immersive tour across our hotels to meet team members who share testimonials and valuable insights. The one-hour interactive, live sessions will offer a deep dive into strategic topics related to our industry, from a field point of view. The first episode airs November 23rd and will focus on recruitment, exploring the theme of ‘Busting Myths about Careers in the Hospitality Industry’.
Introducing a New Audience to the Richness of the Hospitality Industry
The hospitality industry is a powerful social elevator and true force of professional opportunities, rich in mentoring, training, career and growth possibilities, opening new doors to unique jobs and continuous learning and skills development for Talent across the globe.

In response, we have made it a priority to raise awareness around the wealth of 300+ types of jobs in our sector and the endless development opportunities that the Group has to offer, building unforgettable experiences with human connections and emotions.
An Inventive LinkedIn Live Event
With the launch of our interactive Faces & Places LinkedIn Live event series, we reinforce our positioning as an industry pioneer. This unique format lets us step out of the more formal environment and create a space for more informal dialog.
Our first live event will speak directly to those who are interested in pursuing a career in the hospitality industry and will be hosted by journalist Haley Edmonds, who will mediate a panel of Heartists® offering their own insider perspective on what it’s like to work in our industry and what makes Accor stand out above the rest. We will zoom in on key industry topics through real life stories and testimonies from around the globe ౼ from Zurich to Singapore to Sao Paulo. The first episode of the series, focused on recruitment and career development, will be broadcasted live on LinkedIn on Thursday, November 23rd at 1PM GMT. Haley will chat with two General Managers, a T&C Learning & Development Specialist, a CSR Project Manager and a Front Office Agent ౼ all of whom will take questions from our viewers at the end of the episode.
