Laurence Dambrine is Swiss and French with Australian roots, is fluent in four languages and studied Psychology at the University of Melbourne. Laurence's professional journey spans across various industries and geographies, demonstrating a strong track record in leadership effectiveness, M&A integration, organizational design, digital HR, performance culture, and diversity & inclusion strategies.

She began her career in the travel industry, working for various companies in the 1990s. In 2001, Laurence joined PT Financial Services-Dominion Group as a Director and Managing Director.

In 2010, she became Vice President of HR, HSE, and CSR strategy of Norsk Hydro, a multinational company in the energy sector based in Norway. Laurence joined the Ferrero Group in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she led the Group’s transformation project, negotiating and implementing numerous significant changes.

In 2021, Laurence was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Management Board at CMA CGM Group, where she developed and implemented the Group CHRO role and the Group global Human Resources function. During her tenure, she enabled the company’s exponential growth, also expanding the workforce from 35,000 to 150,000 people.

Laurence Dambrine joined Accor in January 2025 as Chief Talent & Culture Officer and a member of the Group Management Board. She also serves on the Premium, Midscale & Economy Executive Committee as Chief Talent & Culture Officer for this division.
