Wojo is a major player in the new coworking space market, launched by Bouygues Immobilier in 2015 under the Nextdoor brand. In 2017, Bouygues Immobilier and Accor created a 50/50 joint venture to acquire Wojo. At the beginning of 2019, Nextdoor became Wojo and started to accelerate its growth, with the aim of becoming the leading coworking network in Europe. 

By rolling out a new new type of workspace: Wojo Spots and Wojo Corners, in addition to its existing sites, the network intends to respond to the needs of its members, so that everyone can work less than 10 minutes away from wherever they may be.
