Accor is starting out on an innovative approach in France. In October 2015, it officially signed a naming contract for the Accor Arena for a duration of 10 years, formerly known as the Palais Omnisports de Paris Bercy (POPB). This strategic partnership provides a high-profile window onto the expertise of the Group and highlights our commitment to sharing our passion for hospitality with everyone.

We are proud to have been chosen by the City of Paris & AEG, and to associate the Accor brand with this emblematic sport and entertainment venue. We built this partnership with the goal of making the Accor Arena a showcase of French hospitality: welcoming, warm and innovative.

A strategic and unprecedented partnership

This naming contract negotiated by AEG Global Partnerships represents a unique visibility opportunity for the Group and its distribution platform, thanks both to the international events hosted by this great venue and for the stand-out location of the Arena in the heart of Paris – the world’s leading tourist destination and candidate city for hosting the 2024 Olympic Games.

The Accor Arena is part of the strategy developed by Accor which aims to become more than just an expert in hotel services, but an essential travelling companion - the go-to partner for all travellers.

By combining Hospitality and Entertainment, Accor is strengthening its presence at every level of the customer experience and offers its loyal guests unique benefits.
