Building Conversion & New Build
5-STEP PROCESS FOR HOTELS
1. Project Kick-off Guidance
Meet to provide brand standards, review hotel space and facility program and assist in consultant selections
2. Design Brief & MEP* Design Support
Brief on Architecture and Interior Design, advise technical consultants on Mechanical & Engineering Plants, Technology, F&B, Operational Supplies & Equipment (OS&E), value engineering.
3. Construction Monitoring
Site visits, mock-up inspection, contractors’ recommendations, quality assurance on construction in progress.
4. Pre-opening Assistance
Assist in commissioning and testing of engineering and safety systems, health and hygiene, quality assurance for all guests’ comforts and hotel look and feel.
5 Hotel Opening Assistance
Ensure operational readiness with OS&E (Operational Supplies & Equipment) placement, signage, digital marketing, training and grand opening.

3-STEP PROCESS FOR RENOVATION
1. Property Improvement Plan (PIP)
Site visit and walk through, release of a PIP report expressing the condition of the hotel and the recommendations to be done for a rebranding.
2. Design Monitoring (Architectural & Interior Design)
Providing a list of recommended consultants, reviewing the design throughout the project and at major key milestones.
3. Committee Design for Brand Validation
Internal Review of the Concept Design:

3-STEP PROCESS FOR RENOVATION
1. Program
Aligned to the strategic capital plan and in coordination with the General Manager, D&TS will provide a Property Improvement Plan and where required provide a design brief and a list of recommend consultants.
2. Mock up Room and/or Prototypes
Assist in the design, development and mock-up room inspection review. Provide a punch list expressing the pros and cons of the design until completion and validation by Accor D&TS.
3. Committee Design for Validation
Internal Review of the Concept Design:
