Direct Shares
You can choose to hold your shares directly with Accor. This means your ownership is recorded in your name on Accor's official share register, which is managed by our transfer agent, Société Générale.

Each share registered with the same shareholder for over two years has double voting rights.
Shares must be transferred to the bearer before transactions may be made. This transfer is now made immediately and free of charge.

Société Générale will automatically open an account for you at no cost.
Your orders must be sent to Société Générale or on https://sharinbox.societegenerale.com and, if you are buying, your account must be credited with an amount corresponding to 50% of the sum total of your order. For all sales transactions, your shares are transferred to the bearer immediately and with no extra charge. Every order is transmitted to the market as soon as it is received. Société Générale does not currently offer a Deferred Payment Service for registered shares.

Join Accor Shareholders Club
The Shareholder Advisory Committee serves as both a consultative body and a forum for discussion, to improve the way we communicate with our retail shareholders.
The aim is to enhance our understanding of individual shareholders' expectations about the information they receive and their relationship with the company in order to make the communication process as transparent as possible and align it more closely with their specific needs.
The Committee is chaired by the Senior Vice President, Financial Communications and Investor Relations.
Its members are volunteers chosen for their motivation and for how well they reflect the diversity of Accor's retail shareholder base.

Article 1 – Purpose of the Shareholders Club
The purpose of the Accor Shareholders Club is to keep the Group’s shareholders involved and informed. To this end, it offers them several means of communication:

Newsletters
Accor reserves the right to modify these means of communication at any time.
Article 2 – Conditions of membership to Shareholders' Club and means of registration
Any retail shareholder owning at least 50 bearer shares or 1 registered share and possessing a valid email address may join the Club. Accor Shareholders Club membership is free. Shareholders can register online.
If the shareholder meets the membership conditions, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form.
Article 3 – Benefits
Regular information
Members of the Shareholders Club regularly receive information about the Group, sent directly to the e-mail address provided when registering online. They are automatically subscribed to theShareholder Webzine.
Loyalty card
Joining the Accor Shareholders Club entitles members to the ALL - Accor Live Limitless Gold digital loyalty card. Members can also request a physical loyalty card which they will receive within 3 to 4 weeks. New members who already hold a ALL - Accor Live Limitless card are also entitled to a new ALL - Accor Live Limitless Gold card.
Cards are issued in a member’s name, and provide access to special services and offers reserved for members of the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program (to find out more, go to all.accor.com).
The ALL - Accor Live Limitless Gold card is valid until December 31 of the year after the year of subscription. Card holders who meet the conditions required (minimum of 30 nights in a hotel per year or 7,000 bonus points earned over the past year) are eligible for Gold membership status for a further 12 months (365 days). Card holders who do not meet these conditions are eligible for the status that corresponds to their stays and expenditure or bonus points earned between January 1 and December 31.

Hotel tours
Members of the Shareholders Club can attend hotel tours announced by e-mail, in the Shareholder Webzine or on the Shareholders' Club page of the group.accor.com website. Registration procedures are set out in the announcement.
Article 4 – Validity of membership
Membership is valid as long as the Club member meets the conditions set out in Article 2 of these terms and conditions.
Members who no longer satisfy the conditions of membership undertake to inform Accor Financial Communications and Investor Relations Department at communication.financiere@accor.com. They then cease to be members of the Accor Shareholders Club and lose the attached benefits. Membership renewal does not entitle members to a new ALL - Accor Live Limitless Gold loyalty card before the fifth bygone year following the previous membership.
Article 5 – Modification of the terms and conditions
Accor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions governing the Accor Shareholders Club at any time, as well as the conditions for providing Club services and benefits. The promotional offers reserved for Club members may not be combined with any another promotional offer from the Accor group.
