Our INSPIRE management training program offers promising Talent an opportunity to start their career at Accor, enabling recent graduates to build their leadership skills through meaningful experiences. For a period of 12, 18 or 24 months, participants can climb up the ranks thanks to access to the best tools, resources, and experiences in key departments: Food and Beverage, Rooms (Housekeeping, Front Office, Reservations, Guest Services, etc.), Culinary, Spa, Wellness & Recreation, Finance and Accounting, Talent and Culture.
