Brands Accor’s Brands and Hotels Celebrate Over 1,400 Awards in 2022

Accor wraps 2022 on a high note, garnering over 1,400 awards and accolades across the Group’s world-class portfolio of brands, hotels and other businesses.

Our organization’s ongoing commitment to meaningful hospitality, delivery of authentic and unique experiences, and focus on innovation has proved successful. As a result, the Group's worldwide network of brands and properties have earned high praise and recognition from guests and experts alike, securing industry-leading awards from the likes of Condé Nast TravelerForbes Travel Guide, Travel + Leisure and Michelin Star Guide, to name but a few.

Year-end highlights include Raffles being named the #4 Best Hotel Brand in the World by Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, and with Sofitel Legend and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resort also nabbing the 6th and 11th spots, respectively. The Group also saw great success with the 65th annual Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards in 2022, with 77 hotels, resorts, spas and restaurants being honored. Of special note, historic luxury hotels such as Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris and The Savoy, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, as well as modern-day marvels Raffles Istanbul and Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, received 5 Star ratings. 
An impressive selection of 1,092 Accor and Ennismore properties were named on the U.S. News & World Report 2022 Best Hotel Rankings list. A total of 17 brands from the Group were recognized, ranging from Sofitel and Mercure to 21c Museum, Novotel and ibis budget. Other notable achievements include Accor taking home three prestigious sustainability awards, including Marie Claire's' Best Sustainable Hotel Group.
