Strategy Accor recognized for its holistic series “From Change To Opportunity” highlighting shifts in the hospitality industry

At the Stevie® Awards ceremony, Accor was presented with an award in the “Thought Leadership Campaign of the Year - Business Services” category.

For more than 20 years, the Stevie® Awards have recognized the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. Accor is proud to have captured the jury's attention with its “From Change To Opportunity” thought-leadership platform, exploring shifts in the hospitality industry. In particular, the jury singled out “The incorporation of inspiring high-level ideas with actionable opportunities and flexible communication frameworks contributed to the campaign's success in engaging the brand's target audiences and reinforcing Accor's visibility and influence.” They also highlighted the Group's pioneering spirit: "One of the oldest and best known brands in the hospitality space that has continuously been able to reinvent itself stay ahead of competition."

With this in mind, global hospitality leader Accor has decided to share knowledge, insights and strategies to collectively forge a successful path forward with the industry. Deep-seated shifts or passing fads? The “From Change to Opportunity” series was created to engage the hospitality industry, addressing these changes by conducting in-depth internal and external analyses as well as interviews with innovation experts to understand current behaviors and impacts, and to offer insights to assimilate these changes into valuable, actionable opportunities.

Launched in November 2022, this content series explores the ongoing shifts and transformations and their potential impact on our industry and released an in-depth insights report entitled "Hospitality Ahead: Transforming How We Welcome, Engage, and Manage” in March 2023. It investigates the main trends and opportunities associated with evolving traveler expectations, based on an exclusive study carried out for Accor among 15,000 travelers in seven countries. It also explores how we engage with our customers through digital technologies and loyalty, as well as promising perspectives on talent management and sustainability.
