Pierre Deburaux holds a master’s degree in management from ESCP Business School in Paris.

Prior to joining Accor and the hospitality industry, he gained a wealth of experience not only within Finance and Accounting, but also within complex transformation processes. Previous employers include several listed, internationally operating groups across different industries such as Coty, a global leader in a variety of beauty categories, and Alstom, a global rail transportation and mobility solutions leader.

Pierre joined Accor in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer for Northern Europe. In 2022, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer for Europe & North Africa overseeing all Finance Teams across the region with approx. 3,000 hotels in almost 50 countries.

In May 2025, Pierre joined Accor’s Premium, Midscale & Economy Executive Committee as the Chief Administration Officer for Europe & North Africa. In his capacity, he continues to be in charge of Finance for the region in addition to Legal, Talent & Culture, Procurement, Strategy & Transformation and Communications.
