Leire Leoz

Leire Leoz holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Bristol, UK. She began her career as an economist with the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs.

After holding significant roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Hotels Group, Leire served as Vice President, Owner & Partner Relations for EMEA at Marriott International, leading a pan-regional team focused on building strong, long-term partnerships with both franchised and managed owners.

Leire joined Accor in February 2026 as Chief Franchise Officer for the Premium, Midscale and Economy Division, with responsibility for enhancing the success and operational excellence of Accor's franchised hotels through leading strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and strengthening owner relations.
