Iliane Dumas joined the Accor Group in 1991, where she was initially part of the sales team in the Distribution Department. She has held several employee representative positions, in particular Representative of the CentralWorks Council on Accor’s Board of Directors.

Having previously served as Social Innovation Project Manager and Senior Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Projects, Iliane Dumas is currently Director of the Heartist Volunteering Program within Accor’s Sustainability Department. She is also a member of the Appointments and Compensation Committee and is a graduate of the École de Paris des métiers de la table.
