Redefining Wellness
Novotel’s "Longevity Everyday" campaign proves that long-term health is built through small, realistic daily actions, not extreme routines.
September 29, 2026

To kick off September, Novotel invited travelers and local communities worldwide to embrace practical daily wellness habits with the debut of Novotel Longevity Week. Running from September 7 to 13 across more than 630 hotels globally, this milestone event brought Novotel's Longevity Everyday philosophy directly to guests.
Intentionally hosted during the 37th week of the year, the campaign spotlights a powerful concept: improving your wellbeing by just 1% each day compounds into an incredible 37-fold transformation over the course of a year. By focusing on small, realistic rituals, Novotel is making longevity feel more accessible, showing how small, realistic habits can support better living over time.

Hosted during the 37th week of the year, celebrating the mathematical truth that improving just 1% each day compounds into a 37-fold positive transformation over a year.
The Novotel 37 Collective brought expert-led masterclasses in Sleep, Eat, Move, Meet, and Ocean Preservation directly to guests and digital audiences.
A global study conducted by OnePoll for Novotel among 13,000 respondents across 12 countries found that 76% wish they lived a healthier lifestyle, highlighting the gap between wellness intentions and action - and the need for simple, achievable habits that can support better living.
"The Long Game," a collaboration with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) Legends translating elite performance habits into everyday hotel stays.
Longevity Week is about making wellbeing feel approachable again. Sleeping better, moving a little more, eating more consciously, or genuinely connecting with others – these are small choices that, when repeated, have a powerful, compounding impact on our lives over time.

Redefining the guest journey, Novotel structured the week around Novotel’s four longevity pillars – Eat, Sleep, Move and Meet – alongside content exploring the connection between personal wellbeing and ocean health. These were brought to life by the founding members of the Novotel 37 Collective, a global network of athletes, experts and creators who shared simple, actionable rituals through masterclasses, live streams and on-property events.
Explore the rituals and masterclasses shared by the Novotel 37 Collective:
Longevity Week came to life across Novotel properties globally with on-site, family-friendly experiences and interactive in-stay wellness rituals. Guests unlocked simple wellness tips and routines via QR-enabled content in their rooms, allowing them to carry healthy habits home.
The week also highlighted “Oh My Greens!”, Novotel’s plant-forward dining program, which rewards ALL Accor members with points when they choose plant-based dishes at participating restaurants, proving that eating well is both rewarding and delicious.
To understand modern wellness challenges, Novotel conducted a global consumer study of 13,000 respondents across 12 countries. The findings highlighted a clear gap between desire and daily execution:
71% of people are more interested in their future wellbeing today than they were five years ago.
76% of respondents admit they wish they lived a healthier lifestyle, showing a clear desire for change.
67% agree that conflicting advice on social media makes it difficult to know which health tips to trust.
These statistics underscore the vital role of Novotel’s mission. By providing trusted, simple, and realistic advice from verified experts, Novotel cuts through the digital noise to make wellbeing feel achievable.

September also marks another milestone for Novotel’s Longevity Everyday vision with the launch of The Long Game, a global program created in partnership with Paris Saint-Germain.
Co-created with PSG Legends Javier Pastore, Pedro Pauleta, Gregory van der Wiel, Nenê, and Blaise Matuidi, The Long Game brings lessons shaped by their lives and careers at the top of the game into accessible guest experiences.
Across seven Novotel hotels worldwide – in Paris, Madrid, Abidjan, Xiamen, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Rio de Janeiro – experiences centered on Eat, Sleep, Move and Meet (bookable on ALL Accor) translate their routines, rituals, and personal insights into simple, practical habits for everyday life.
From Longevity Week to The Long Game, Novotel is turning its Longevity Everyday vision into experiences that guests can take well beyond their stay. At its heart is a simple idea: living better for longer does not require a complete lifestyle overhaul, but small, positive choices made consistently over time.
