Viva Technology celebrates today's innovations and tomorrow's possibilities, with top speakers and exhibitions to open innovation and live experiences. This year again, Accor will be back at the event... The 4th edition will take place from May 16 to 18, 2019 at Porte de Versailles. See you there!
Viva Technology, it’s 10,000 start-ups, 100,000 expected visitors, debates and presentations of tomorrow's technologies taking place over 3 days. It's the "tech" event of the year not to be missed, the annual meeting of startups and leaders to celebrate innovation! And this year again, Accor is one of the main partners of the show: a "Gold Partner".
Come and discover the Group's booth, a space of more than 390m2 where you can live new experiences that reflect our new positioning: Work, Live, Play. On the agenda, 36 startups will have the opportunity to present their concepts, many speeches and a wide variety of activities will be available to participants. This year again, an animation will be held at the bar by Potel & Chabot with a Chef who will bake pastries live on Thursday and Friday at our stand.
A rich program

Remember... For the previous edition, 380 applications were received via 4 challenges proposed by our teams. Among them, 32 startups were finally selected.
This year, we have launched 7 challenges to select our startups: How can we optimize hotels’ assets and create future? How can we enhance staff efficiency with digital products & services? Or… How to encourage guests to generate content & how can we leverage it? These various topics address real Group issues and have been launched by various teams such as the Europe BCD team, Marketing, Sustainable Development, Disruption & Growth and Talent & Culture.
The result: 36 startups have been selected. In addition to having a dedicated space on our Lab, they will have the opportunity to express themselves on the pitch area provided for this purpose. The jury, made up of Group employees, will select the startup that best meets the proposed challenge according to specific criteria.
