Hyde, sbe group’s American hospitality & lifestyle brand, is opening its doors in Perth, Western Australia! The brand will open its 2nd venue: the Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails this October, on the 1st floor of Art Series newest hotel, The Adnate.
Following the acquisition of a 50% stake in the sbe Entertainment group in October 2018, Accor chose Australia as the 1st Asia Pacific market to extend its partnership with sbe and develop its luxury hospitality brand, Hyde. As a result, the brand opened the Hyde Paradiso, one of the hottest new lounges on the Gold Coast in April 2019.
Australia, the new culinary Eldorado, intends to establish itself on the world gastronomic scene. The brand's 2nd venue gives our Group the possibility of enlarging its offer in the luxury restaurant sector and strengthening its network on an international scale. A colorful and captivating universe
Complementing Perth's natural beauty, sunsets and spectacular beaches, the Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails will offer a relaxed and timeless space resonating to the sound of jazz from the Thirties.
Occupying 550m2 of space on the 1st floor of Perth's hottest new hotel, The Adnate, the Hyde Perth Kitchen + Cocktails is the place to be for special occasions, with a flexible menu served poolside to all guests.
Tim Philips-Johansson, Australia's most awarded barman, will bring his 17 years of expertise to this new venue, mixing delicious cocktails to be enjoyed at any time of day. The wine list will be just as impressive!
As for Chef Danny Sanchez, he has travelled throughout the Mediterranean (Greece, Turkey and Morocco) to concoct a menu that is both flavorsome and original.
Matt Adnate, a colorful source of inspiration
Scheduled to open its doors to guests in October, The Adnate will be the 1st Art Series hotel dedicated to street art and heralds the arrival of the Art Series Brand in Western Australia – Australia's only boutique hotel brand creating art-inspired experiences for guests. The hotel's imposing 25-storey mega-mural, painted by namesake Australia big-wall painter Matt Adnate, is one of the world's tallest murals and brings a striking new artistic feature to Perth CBD.
Embodying the spirit of discovery, the magic of nightlife and the adventure of encounters, this hotel will offer a new form of hospitality with its 250 colorful rooms. In the lobby, guests will be welcomed by 2 original canvases with some impressive details.
