Solid performances in line with growth targets: Accor’s performances in this semester demonstrate the strength of its model, the operational and financial discipline of its teams, and the strong momentum of the Group and its brands. Activity in the second quarter remained strong in all regions and for all brands, the pace of development accelerated and the Group’s leading position in luxury and lifestyle was further strengthened by major partnerships.

  • RevPAR increased by +6% vs H1 2023

    solid growth in RevPAR across both the Luxury & Lifestyle and Premium, Midscale & Economy divisions, driven both by increased occupancy and prices

  • Group Revenue at €2,677 million

    for the first half of 2024, the Group recorded revenue of €2,677 million, up 11% compared to the first half of 2023

  • +€500 million EBITDA

    Group EBITDA amounted to €504 million for the first half of 2024, up 13% compared to the first half of 2023 and ahead of the +9-12% mid-term guidance

  • Earnings per share up 11%

    11% increase in Earnings per share for the period up to €0.90 compared to €0.81 for H1 2023
